This Service Level Agreement governs the operational guarantees of the Dubstrata API, ArcadeDB infrastructure, and Headless Forager network for Enterprise Swarm tenants.
1. Uptime Commitment
Dubstrata guarantees a Monthly Uptime Percentage of 99.999% for all Enterprise Swarm tier tenants. "Downtime" is defined as a total loss of connectivity to the FastMCP endpoints or the REST API, measured across our global distributed network.
2. JIT Extraction Latency Guarantees
For standard unstructured text (under 5MB total payload), our Gemini 2.5 Pro extraction pipeline guarantees a p95 latency of < 800ms. Note that SPA rendering via the Headless Forager introduces variable network latency outside our direct control and is not subject to this specific constraint.
3. Automated SLA Credits
If Dubstrata fails to meet the Uptime Commitment, SLA credits will be automatically routed to the cryptographic wallet associated with your tenant via our Web3 settlement layer.
- 99.99% - < 99.999%: 10% credit of monthly compute
- 99.0% - < 99.99%: 25% credit of monthly compute
- < 99.0%: 100% credit of monthly compute
