Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 16, 2026

Welcome to Dubstrata. By utilizing our Agentic Content Delivery Network, FastMCP endpoints, or API infrastructure, you agree to the following terms governing the extraction, routing, and payment of computational resources.

1. Acceptable Targets & Crawling Limits

The Dubstrata Headless Forager is an extremely powerful tool designed to bypass standard rendering barriers (e.g., SPAs, aggressive Javascript). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to scrape and extract data from your targeted URIs.

  • You may not use Dubstrata to bypass authenticated paywalls without explicit authorization.
  • You may not use our infrastructure to launch DDoS attacks under the guise of parallel agentic requests.
  • We reserve the right to globally block specific high-risk URIs (e.g., government databases, financial clearinghouses) at the network level.

2. Web3 Economics & Billing

Our pricing is strictly usage-based ("Pay-Per-Substrate"). When your wallet is connected or your API key is invoked, you are billed in micro-transactions based on the exact token-cost of the Gemini 2.5 Pro extraction and ArcadeDB query execution.

Zero-Waste Guarantee: If a job fails during the Redis ARQ queue phase or returns a non-200 HTTP response before extraction begins, you will not be billed for that specific substrate attempt.

3. Agent Loop Liability

Dubstrata provides the structured data, but we do not control your autonomous swarms. If your LangChain or AutoGen implementation enters an infinite loop and rapidly issues thousands of extraction requests, you are responsible for the resulting computational charges.

We highly recommend implementing circuit breakers on your end. We provide real-time SSE telemetry to help you monitor agent expenditure.

4. Uptime and SLAs

"Developer Sandbox" tier users are provided access on a best-effort basis without SLA guarantees. "Enterprise Swarm" tier users are backed by a 99.999% uptime guarantee, with SLA credits automatically routed to their wallets via smart contracts in the event of downtime exceeding 5 minutes.
