Walid Namro is a veteran technical consultant and entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience across technology, communication, and logistics systems—working with computing from the first computers in pre-press printing in the early 1980s, through the early PC and networking era (CP/M, DOS, early Windows, Novell NetWare), and back to pre-press and modern distributed systems.
Holding a PhD in Computer Science, an MSc in Mechatronics, and a BSc in Electronics Engineering, he spent nearly two decades in academia from 1994 to 2012 teaching, leading research, and supervising Master's theses.
Since 2012, he has run his own business as an entrepreneur and technical consultant delivering specialized communication, logistics, and systems engineering solutions.
